If you are encountering issues that may require sending an error log, the following steps may help:
- Turn on the Error Log in Settings (from the Races screen)
- Restart the app: first, force-close the app (see Apple instructions here if you haven't done this before: if your device has a Home button, double-click it and swipe up on the app's preview; if you don't have a Home button, swipe up from the bottom of the screen and pause slightly in the middle of the screen, then swipe up on the app's preview)
- Open the app again, go to a race that's giving you problems, and work with it for a minute or so; this will give the error log enough time to capture communication failures, for example
- Go to the Info button at the bottom of the screen, and at the end of that table, click on Send Logs; this will open an email with the log to send
- Click Send on the email
