If you are encountering issues that may require sending an error log, the following steps may help:

  1. Turn on the Error Log in Settings (from the Races screen)
  2. Restart the app: first, force-close the app (see Apple instructions here if you haven't done this before: if your device has a Home button, double-click it and swipe up on the app's preview; if you don't have a Home button, swipe up from the bottom of the screen and pause slightly in the middle of the screen, then swipe up on the app's preview)
  3. Open the app again, go to a race that's giving you problems, and work with it for a minute or so; this will give the error log enough time to capture communication failures, for example
  4. Go to the Info button at the bottom of the screen, and at the end of that table, click on Send Logs; this will open an email with the log to send
  5. Click Send on the email
